Salon Policies

SALA Salon Service Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with any services you receive in our salon. If you are not, we offer a complimentary follow-up appointment within 7-days to address any concerns.

Product Guarantee: We will gladly exchange or refund products within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by receipt.

Cancellations: SALA Salon has a no-show or last minute cancellation fee policy. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please inform us immediately so we may offer your appointment time to another guest and reschedule you.  A fee of one-half the appointment charge is expected for missed appointments or cancelled appointments with less than 24-hour notice.

Consultations: We may require a consultation appointment prior to any color or texturing treatment.

Your next appointment: We recommend booking your next appointment before you leave, to ensure your first choice of date and time for that appointment.

Prices: Prices quoted are base prices. Your total may be adjusted up for additional services delivered or for longer and thicker hair. Menu prices are subject to change without notice.

Pure Privilege Point Redemption: SALA Salon participates in Aveda’s Pure Privilege Program.

If you are redeeming a reward certificate for services, please advise staff that you will be using a Pure Privilege Certificate at the time you make your appointment.

Salon Environment: In order to maintain a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all:
• We respectfully request you turn cell phones off when entering the service area.
•Children are welcome for their own scheduled appointments.

Referral Rewards Program: We have many ways to thank you for referring your friends to SALA Salon. Ask about our current rewards program.
